Case Study
An In-House GPT Discord Bot
Botsworth began with a desire to streamline internal communication and save our programmers’ time. As we do much of our communication on the company’s Discord server, we decided a Discord bot would help us with many small and repetitive day-to-day tasks. Through iterative improvement, we added more and more functionality to it over time, and the chatbot gradually took shape, evolving into a versatile virtual assistant capable of seamlessly handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, delivering updates, and even providing a touch of humour.
Team Effort
The process not only fostered collaboration among team members but also sparked a sense of ownership and pride as the bot became an integral part of the company’s digital ecosystem. Today, Botsworth is helping us with tasks on a daily basis, and adding a delightful touch to the daily interactions of the company’s vibrant Discord community.
